MY TYPE II DECKS

When I build for Type II, I try and think of creative ideas that will work, but I do use popular trends like WW and such where everyone's version looks the same as the last. As for Sideboards, I build for my area's metagame and suggest you build for your own.

"Corrupted Bargain" v5 By: Divine Djinn
4 x Yawgmoth's Bargain
4 x Corrupt
4 x Soul Feast
4 x Vampiric Tutor
4 x Yawgmoth's Will
4 x Engineered Plague
4 x Persecute
4 x Dark Ritual
4 x Grim Monolith
4 x Spawning Pool
20 x Swamp
This is the first version of the new T2 bargain. I used Destiny's Yawgmoth's Bargain since it offers 'Necropotence' style card advantage. This deck is lotsa fun, and the speed with Rituals and the Monoliths is incredible. Another possibility I could have used was Bubbling Muck (black's High Tide). Reasons are, compared to the Monolith, I found that Bubbling Muck was less efficient. Enjoy!!!

"Parallax Jungle" v1 By: Divine Djinn
2 x Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary
4 x Llanowar Elves
4 x Stampede Driver
4 x Skyshroud Ridgeback
4 x Blastoderm
4 x Woodripper
4 x Skyshroud Behemoth
4 x Rancor
4 x Might of Oaks
2 x Belbe's Portal
4 x Parallax Inhibitor
2 x Gaea's Cradle
4 x Treetop Village
14 x Forest
Pretty much with this deck I was building with the theme of Nemesis 'Fading' creatures. This deck is simply a rough draft. Basically, Cradles, Elves, and Rofellos add fast mana production, while Villages offer a backup beatdown measure. The Portal allows you to hopefully get some expensive beasties out quicker than usuall; but I only included 2 since I thought 4 would be overkill. The Inhibitor, usually a worthless card, works well in conjunction with this deck's theme. Finally you have the ENTIRE assortment of Nemesis' 'Fading' critters which you give trample and pump up so they can deal as much damage as possible before they finally do fade away; this is done using pumps like Might, Rancor, and the Driver's ability.
